Motor ChartThe equation for current vs. torque is: Torque = k * i^n.The equation for voltage vs. torque vs RPM is: V = (d * rpm)/((a/(torque ^ b)) + c).
Motor GraphsThe link below is for a comma-separated table for amps vs. torque, and RPM vs. Torque vs. Voltage. This table can be loaded into any spreadsheet program which accepts comma-separated tables.
Motor Amps vs. TorqueThis form calculates k and n for the equation:
Enter values for torque and current from the motor graph and then click on the calculate button. Have patience, it takes a while (up to 5 minutes).
Motor RPM vs. Torque vs. VoltageThis form solves the equation:
Enter values for the voltage curve you are calculating (use the highest voltage cureve you have). Then enter values for torque and RPM. You must specify a torque and RPM for each value. Have patience, this takes a long time.
Thanks to Gray Flo at InnEVations for supplying the motor curves for the Kostov, XP-1227, and XP-1263 motors.
